Pre-Care Instructions
✔ Clean Eyes & Brows: Arrive completely free of eye makeup, waterproof mascara, and brow pomade.
✔ Remove Contact Lenses: Remove contacts prior to your lash service to prevent eye dryness or irritation.
✔ Avoid Oil Cleansers: Refrain from oil-based balms or heavy eye serums for 24 hours prior to service.
✔ Pause Retinoids: Discontinue retinol and chemical exfoliants on the forehead and orbital area 48 hours prior.
Post-Care Instructions
✔ Keep Completely Dry: Do NOT wet lashes or brows for the first 24 hours (avoid showers, steam, swimming, and heavy sweat).
✔ Brush Daily: Use your clean spoolie brush to gently brush lashes and brows upward into place every morning.
✔ Avoid Sleeping Face-Down: Sleep on your back or side during the initial 48 hours to prevent bending hairs while the bond sets.
✔ No Waterproof Mascara: Avoid waterproof mascara and oil-based makeup removers to prolong curl and tint vitality.
✔ Nourish Hairs: Begin applying gentle castor oil or conditioning keratin serum starting on day 3.
